LOMBRE is a design-forward café and roastery that blends artisan coffee culture with a minimalist architectural space. To capture its refined ambiance and modern aesthetic, DOO® was commissioned to develop a cohesive brand identity that reflects the balance of craftsmanship, light, and shadow that defines the LOMBRE experience. The identity is inspired by the café’s name—“Lombre,” meaning “shadow” in French—resulting in a logo that is abstract, refined, and understated. The visual language is built on earthy tones, elegant typefaces, and subtle line work that evoke calm, warmth, and creative clarity. DOO® also designed and developed a clean, user-friendly website that tells the story of the brand, showcases coffee blends and roasting methods, and offers an online shop with subscription options for specialty coffee lovers. The project extended to the design of physical brand applications including packaging, coffee cups, bags, loyalty cards, and printed materials—all aligned with a comprehensive brand guideline to ensure a consistent and immersive customer experience.
